Delays (lags)

    hello, how is it possible that i have delays 1-2s every 30s? with net 50mb, good pc (i7/geforce gtx760/16gb ram and etc) ?

    as you can see at the first screen, the second window shows the lags are caused by server, while with another one is no problem, at the same time, so it's not my net. any admin would answer me?
