Frost error Status: -2000002

i made a break last couple months and wanted to login yesterday. i always got this frost security massage which tell me that need to restart computer and if that not help to contact technical support.
i used last check tool 1.9.2 but i havent any errors or unwanted files or frost problems. i tried couple times to erase all system folder and frost folder but after fix/repair l2 game folder, error started again. i turned off my antivirus program after this test but error is still present.
im using windows windows 8.1x64 and couple months ago there was no any problem or crashing. my log from fix tool will be post bellow. ty in advance.

one question, do you have a simple win8.1 or maybe somehow you managed to install win8.1 u1(update 1)?

 

yes, im using win8.1 u1

 

well... bad news for you: frost and win8.1 u1 does not work together so far, as u1 is not yet officially presented...
there are two ways out... complete reinstall of windows or downgrade to simple win 8.1
