Banned for playing with PA...

today friend got this, wrote to support, and nobody is answering... when you are going to answer??
and what kind of information you need?? ticket number - 6180-udjx-5206

friend pays money, orders pa, plays for more than 10 days, and now you ban her for no reason... nice, nice... you are wasting our time with this useless banning...

your friend should check his/her emails for the reason of his/her ban, other then that he/she can only wait for a response from the support team which can take up to 24 hours depending on the sheer volume of tickets submitted, we can not deal with such things on the forums and we certainly can not deal with such things with a 3rd party. thread will now be closed as discussing bans on the boards is a violation of forum rules.
