server time

    server time rush a normal time about half a minute or even more.
    for example if coc starts 00 15 30 45 so now it starts xx:14.28 / xx:29.28 and so on. it's not a big issue but like this i miss many times signup to coc :)

    bump. now ~ 2 mins difference with normal time
