BUG QUEST: CHANSING VARANGKA

ok, i was doing my quest, and i get the quest item, but the eye keeps porting me outside, i cant finish the quest, can u guyz check it? i pretty sure this is bug here, even with the quest up and the quest item on bag, i cant talk to or kill the eye. please help me i want to move on, some guyz said to me they have the same problem, and some said that was duable before the update.

i tried restart, i try abort and restart and got nothing new.

btw i want thx the staff for helping with my race problem when i started.
