Mouse lag

    so is there any other solution to this problem except for that hot fix which doesnt allow you to see descriptions of buffs/items/etc. +makes your laptops video card useless and makes it use integrated vc or that program which lowers respond rate for mouse in test mode which slows down your pc by 50%(srs) ?
