Download Issues

hi there, i was wondering if there's any other way to download and install the game other than via broswer. it's frustrating because even tough i disabled my firewall etc and i can't install the game. here's the error message:
the application error 713 has occurred. (cant connect to service, restarting)

are there any other download and installation methods? because i've tried the other version (usa) and the download and installation went smoothly , but i just can't get through with this one.

please make sure that your antivirus/firewall does not block 4game app, seems like it is so.

if the problem would still persists, should you download check4game and via this tool you can download rest of the files.

 

ty, well i've found out the issue in the meantime and it started downloading but the thing is, it's very slow i'm downloading the game with literaly 5-12 kb/s and i've checked my connection and i've got the same result so it's not something with that, please can you suggest any other possibilities what i could've missed?
