Game wont start and freeze.

hi guys,

i have encountered a problem while trying to play l2. after i press play button the l2 logo pops up and i can see frost loading to 100% after that it all freeze the logo of l2 stays and nothing else happens. the game wont launch and it crashes my windows explorer so that i cant do anything. i have tried to open it with different compatibility modes without success. when i run task manager and then i run l2 at beginning i can see some cpu usage but then it all stops, kind of fades away and freeze.

i have tried to reinstal few times, i tried to format all pc and do fresh instal with latest drivers and still i have the same problem.
