nope. it's everything what i wanted to know. and for +15 r99 bows.. many peoples qq omg he have red bow. he hit hard... check the difference. ofc everything depends on your pdef atributes buffs/debuffs. but overall.. shining weapons is for mobs
and for mind's eye in olympiad,pvp ,regarding skill its kinda useless for "now" next update every enchant on ur weapon = 0.7% pvp dmg....
