Don't know,Don't care quest

we killed the rb, but after speaking to dead rb it just says that rb was butchered/murdered w/e and gives no q item, any info about that pretty please?

when i was making this one got the same issue
a guy told me that this thing isnt bugged you just need a command channel for it
another guy told me that its korean random and you wont get the item 100%

 

try making any cc. did it a few times; first time w/o cc coz "why do we even need it", then with some boxes for cc alone, boom, quest items (@100% rate, no idea if lucky).

worked for me, at least.

we can do it quest :don't know, don't care. after kill all (yesterday) rb we cant communication with npc for join item( corpse rb).

all rbs after kill was without any reaction.....if i try "talk" with corps npc have only
announcement about kill rb:

as i know from this, you need command channel for taking quest item.

yes, you need to be in a channel commander in order to get the quest item.
i tried (maybe 2 years ago) without cc and nothing, with cc was 100% chance of getting the quest item by talking to the npc who spawns when the raid dies.
i did the quest 3 times and got nothing good. but i am never lucky...
