Can't connect to web/server with Jazztel (Spain)

hi, today at 12:30~13 hours the server has be perma down for me, i can't go to web page, and only works tor browser for web but i cant log with these browser, and i ask my friends but 2/7 can play normally, but the others 5 hav the same problem... and casually we have jazztel and cant play... i didn't see any post here and much players from spain cant play... the issue are from jazztel or webpage? plz check this issue... cant play, the webpage is veeeeery slow and no works, im writing this post from my phone...

i have the same problem also with jazztel, i do not work or the website or the game.i had to use another connection movistar spain to enter the forum.

 

try to trace route to 109.105.156.11 and also to eu.4game.com (109.105.153.9).
this way you can determine where the connection fault occurs between you and the server.

you can use windows tracert or winmtr.

wild and unreasonable guess. what happens when you access the eu.4game.com?
connection times out?
cannot resolve the domain name?
connection is reset?
connection keeps waiting for response?
connection established keeps waiting for data?

sql is not a web server.

my reasonable guess is:
bad ip tables at innova infrastructure datacenter

 

beer, the web not load, with any browser, i can enter with tor browser, but i can't play using these browser, with tor are faster, but chrome, opera, ie and mozilla are imposible... all time loading loading...

 

i couldnt connect yesterday in all day, still got problems, but i find a solution using a proxy from a friend to connect to website...

and yes i have jazztel isp too.

same here, couldn't connect. i'm from lithuania, the funny part is when i tried with different internet provider, or mobile phone, i could log and everything was nice. and i guess it's connected with youre issues, since it started saturday midday, as for all of you... loading loading and loading.... although everything else worked perfectly
