    1. is there only one quest for demonic tomes?
    2. are there sp related quests?
    3. do mobs drop demonic tomes?

    there is this quest    , and yes, it's the only one.

    nope. all quests apart from the one above are non-repeatable quests, and the rewards are inluding sp, yet not many. sp-related quests are k95 solo & group, filling the energy of destruction, coc & oly ones.

    yes they do, at certain rate, check the link.

    so i get 9 demonic tomes for 1k mobs o.o. how do people have 200+ of them?

    apart from quest, mobs drop them so hmm, non-stop farming ...
