fellows!

today we start a great celebration! as you know, lineage ii has crossed the 10 years' borderline. we think of it as a significant date and we are launching the greatest event in the history of lineage!
there will be a wide range of festivities - from collecting pieces of puzzle to smashing pumpkins and fighting a big orc.​

please note that though the whole event will be going for a month, particular festivities have a schedule.

1. puzzle event

10th anniversary event

1. this event is comprised of several parts. to get rewards you need to collect memory fragments and secret fragments.
2. you can trade collected fragments within the special interface which is available in the right part of your screen. press the button 10th anniversary event to access the description of festivities and/or trade the collected fragments.
   
   
   
3. each fragment is a colourful card representing one of great lineage 2 updates.
   
   
   
4. when you complete a puzzle of memory fragments, you will get a picture calling up the good memories.
5. the rewards promise to be nice!
   
   
   
6. if by chance you have any extra memory fragments or secret fragments, chаotic chronicle npc will gladly trade them for10th anniversary items!

8. you can try your luck playing lottery game with one of 3 event npcs on the postament. give 64 10th anniversary items to npc and you will get one of the following:
   
   
   
9. it is a win-win lottery - you will surely get one of the items listed above!
10. there is another way to obtain memory fragments: give to chaotic chronicle 50 10th anniversary items and you will get 1 random fragment. if you are lucky, for 50 10th anniversary items you will get 8 different memory fragments at once.
    
    
    
11. you are more likely to obtain secret fragment 1 or 4.
12. when you make a puzzle of secret fragments, you will get an image of mysterious wind.

2. squash event

1. event will start on 20th of may and end on 17th of june 2014.
2. on 17th of june during the maintenance all event items will be deleted:
   
   
   • squash seed
   • large squash seed

1. good old pumpkins are back to elmoreden!
2. you need to obtain squash seed (for small pumpkins) and large squash seed (for big ones). it can be done with the help of chaotic throne npc, who is placed on a special event postament! also he will reveal you all the details of the event.
   
   
   
3. small and big pumpkins are spawned for 30 and 100 seconds respectively. you will see time countdown right above the pumpking. squash it as soon as possible!
4. using squash seed you can summon either high-quality squash or defective squash (for solo squashing). that is up to your luck!
5. using large squash seed you can summon either high-quality large squash or defective large squash (for group squashing). again, it's a question of luck!
6. pumpking can be squashed with any weapon and the damage rate does not matter. the main thing is the number of hits.
7. get ready, fellows, because you will need a lot of anniversary items:

1. when a pumpkin is squashed, you have a chance to get secret fragment 2, 5 or 8 . these fragments contain information about the wind blowing through the continent (you will need them for another event).

3. master yogi’s 10th anniversary event

1. the event will be from 20th of may till 17th of june 2014.

enchant with yogi!

1. to take part in yogi master's event, find in one of the cities goddess of destruction npc.
2. the goddess will sell you +4 master yogi's staff and master yogi's scroll: enchant weapon.
3. this can be pricy, so get ready in advance.
   
   
   
4. enchant your master yogi's staff - the rewards depend on the modification level.
   
   
   
5. did everything go smooth? then go back to the goddess and trade your staff! do not forget to equip the enchanted staff, or goddess of destruction will not take it!
6. and remember that she takes only the staff from your hands so there is no point in stacking them in your inventory.

rewards

1. giving the staff to npc you have a chance of getting bonus reward - secret fragment 3 or 7. these items are needed to complete the puzzle from the puzzle event.

4. 10th anniversary blessing

1. the event will go from 20th of may till 17th of june 2014.

getting 10th anniversary blessing

1. during this event the charactets of 85 level and above can get a special buff 10th anniversary premium blessing from one of the following npcs: chaotic chronicle, chaotic throne or goddess of destruction. please note that they give the same buff.
2. the buff has 23 levels, each with 1 hour duration.
3. the buff level is updated automatically: from 1st to 2nd, from 2nd to 3rd and so on.
4. when the buff is over you can get it from the same npcs again.
   
   
   
5. with each buff level you will get one random item. if you are really lucky you will get secret fragment 6 for the puzzle event.
6. if your characetr is dead when the buff is updated you will not get an item and buff level will not be updated.
7. the buff cannot be obtained if you already have one.
8. if the buff is canceled or expired you can ask the events npcs to buff you again.
9. please note that the items cannot be obtained if your inventory is full.

5. 10th anniversary items

1. anniversary items will be dropped by mobs from 20th of may till 10th of june 2014.
2. you will be able to trade your anniversary items up to 17th of june 2014.

1. hunt mobs of your level and collect 10th anniversary items! they will be very useful for the rest of events!
2. please note that items will not be dropped from mobs that are 9 or more levels lower than your non-awakened character.
3. if your characetr is awakened - 5 or more levels.

6. frederick the destroyer

1. the event will be going from 20th of may till 10th of june 2014.
2. on 17th of june during the maintenance all events' items will be deleted:

a new threat!

1. elmoreden citizens have faced another danger - the gigantic frederick the destroyer!
2. this raid boss spawns only at weekends during the whole event: on fridays, saturdays and sundays near elven village.
3. spawn time is fixed (4 times a day). here is the raids schedule:
   
   

everybody dance now!

1. frederick the destroyer spawns for 60 minutes: you can see a special timer above his head. when the time is over, frederick the destroyer disappears.
2. everyobe who is in the right place at the right time will be able to participate in the event.
3. the orc will not attack first.
4. the damage you can deal is 1 point for 1 hit. get ready!
5. when bosses hp lowers to 90%, all participants will be "transfered" to frintezza raid. the thing is, mean frederick the destroyer will be using skill dance time for all raid participants in the radius of 1500. this skill will make characters dance almost like at frintezza raid.
6. when bosses hp lowers to 60%, orc will start using whirlwind just like the mighty tauti. this will affect character is the radius up to 1000.
7. when bosses hp lowers to 30%, orc will start using typhoon (radius from 400 to 1000).
   
   
   
8. when bosses hp lowers to 10%, orc will cast dance time again.
9. when frederick the destroyer is about to use special skill, you will get a message so don't be afraid to miss it!

either with your shield or on it!

1. there are no regular drops in this raid.
2. if you win, victory npc will spawn and reward participants with orc supply box and 50 10th anniversary items.
3. if you lose, npc defeat will spawn and reward participants anyway! the reward: orc supply box.
4. please note that the rewards are available for 85+ characters only. the reward is given once a day per account.

6. final npcs resemble lydia which you may have seen in orbis temple. their appearence is also followed by a message.
   
   
   
7. npcs spawn for 5 minutes, so hurry up to get your reward!

7. 10th anniversary attendance

1. the event will start on 20th of may and end on 17th of june 2014.

collecting stamps

1. for each logging in the game (once a day)you will get 1 stamp with lineage 2 logo. you can see how many stamps you have collected with the help of event interface. press the button 10th anniversary event and pick the first tab.
2. each line has 5 empty cells for stamps. you need to fill these cells by picking 5 stamps. when the line is completed the reward button becomes active and you can get your reward!
3. you will get a stamp for each first log-in every day (counting from 6:30 gmt +1).
4. log-ins are counted for the whole account so it doesn't matter which exact character you want to play - it is still 1 stamp per day per account.
5. only characters of level 85 and above will be able to get stamps.
6. you will get a stamp only if you remained logged for at least 1 minute with the event interface opened (main tab).

1. on squares of main elmoreden cities you will meet cute dancing cats.
2. don't be shy! talk to them and recieve a special buff.
   
   
   
3. dancing cat's steps have a flashy animations so by no chance you will miss it!
   
   
   
4. but to recieve the buff you will need to make one of the following:
   
   
   • be in a party with characters of 3 different races (for example, human, dwarf, kamael).
   • be in a full party of 7 characters (race does not matter).
5. you will recieve a buff when the party leader speaks with one of the cats.
6. be careful! the buff is removed if a character dies without «noblesse blessing», if you switch between classes or move to olympiad.

9. dragon weapons

sealed dragon weapons

1. find toy knight npc in one of major cities of elmoraden.
2. for just 100 000 adena you will be able to buy sealed dragon's weapon borrowed by toy knight!
   
   
   
3. buying seald weaponry is unlimited! take howmany you wish!
4. sealed weaponry has a special passive ability assisting strength.

6. weapon does not have a time limit and will exist till the end of the event on 17th of june.
7. sealed weapon does not have a rank (just like other types of event weapons) if may be used with non-grade soulshots/spiritshots (which may be purchased at any grocery store).
8. you will need wooden arrows and bolts to use bow and crossbow. infinite quiver\container may be purchased from toy knight for a symbolic price - 1600 aden.
   
   
   
9. these weapons are even better than the r99 amaranthine weapons. no doubt it will to be prove useful in hunting and pvp!

toy knight's scroll: release seal

1. by talking to toy knight you will be able to get toy knight's scroll: release seal, needed for releasing the seal from dragon weapons.
   
   
   
2. equip the weapon and open skill window.
3. use toy knight's breath skill (it can be found in item skill section), to release the seal and acquire a truly formidable weapon!
   
   
   
4. after using the skill, an unsealed weapon will appear in character's inventory (in accordance with the type of weapon that was equipped in step 2).
5. the old sealed item will not disappear, so you will be able to use both items!
6. one character may acquire no more than one scroll per day (this ability resets every day at 6:30 am (gmt +1)).
7. toy knight's scroll: release seal cannot be exchanged, dropped or sold. however it can be destroyed and stored in a private warehouse.

unsealed dragon weapons

1. after using toy knight's scroll: release seal you will get unsealed dragons' weapon. unlike sealed one, this weapon has time limit - 1 hour. so use it wise!

1. but this is not the ned of the fun! you have a chance to try the most powerful weapon lineage ii has ever had!
2. genuine dragon weapon have stats identical to stats of dragons' weapon of the highest level.

4. to obtain this appealing item you need to talk to the toy knight. getting toy knight's scroll: release seal gives you a chance to obtain dragon scroll: boost weapon.

cm onyx went to eat lunch i hope all fixes updates and so on will be on forum in two hours.

 

my english may not be very good but it seems to me that only the genuine weapons will have limited time to use.

so if i understand correctly, the whole server will use at least the unsealed weapons for two weeks 'cause they're much better than regular weapons?

what's the minimum level requirement to obtain 10th anniversary items (by hunting)?

there is no minimum level for players.

you need to find toy knight in one of main cities and then you may buy a weapon for adena.

how to obtain them exactly? it says there is a chance to get 6th while gambling (eigth paragraph of puzzle event section), but how to get 1 and 4?

you should explain kinda better how to obtain secret fragments 1/2/3/4/5/7/8 (cos 6th we know)

 

1st and 4th secret fragment can be obtained from memory fragments from past event.
2th, 5th, 8th secret fragment from squash event.
3rd and 7th from yogi magic stick event.
i guess they are added to normal reward list from events.
from yogi event u can obtain secret fragment only if u enchant stick to +8 or more.

 

6th fragment - 7500 10th aniversary event items, 1-8 ( except 6 ) either from the upcoming events or gamble - 150 10th aniversary event items and u get randomly 1-8 ( except 6 )
