Game crashes after i select specific character on my account.

hey.

after playing today, in the middle of pve my game crashed, and when i tried to start it again, it all went well till character select screen (i have 4 characters). whenever i choose specific character game crashes, but if i select any other character, it all goes well. all 3 characters for which games goes well are in town, but the one, who fails/crashes game all the time is out on the field. following is the report i get after crash. tnx for help in advance

in addition, the error message mentions certain texture file, oren_hed_t2.utx.
i made a md5 checksum of mine so you can check if yours is not damaged, here is the md5
a290b86fc1da35ba27a548dabf3f2bff *oren_hed_t2.utx

if it's different on your pc you should repair your game as there may be more corrupted files.
google offers plenty information on how to get md5 of any file.
