Talisman - hunter Abundance quertion

hey all, got a question about the talisman - hunter abundance, it says "additionally , skill dmg recevied during pvp is decreased" so the question i have is how much is this? it seems to be -15% skill dmg and then some more?

i tried to search for it so if anyone could help me with the answer or a link to were the answer is i would be very thankful.

 

i was told the talisman has a feature, that if u kill 1-5 ppl without dying, u get buff 1-5 lvl, which increases its stats by 10-50%, it is either outlaw one or hunter ( or both ? ), dont know if it is true, i bought hunter yesterday and hadnt chance to test ityet for myself

 

it is true, hunter buff level up from 1 to 5 killing people, even in colyseum. don't really know about exact %age.

about buff evolution i heard that it is +10/.../50% too, but no proof/verification

it's 10% each kill up till 5, then it's 7.5% in the end, so you can have -22.5% damage taken in pvp.
