i want to ask, how many days take a petition to be answered? cuz i made 1 petition 5 days ago, and still no answer, 1 yesterday, and still no answer, my friend done 1 this morning...and he got answered... how this works?

when they are not busy of doing nothing

 

i've had response in 2 hours about 'easy' things, and response in 4 days about 'serious' things.

 

easy thing is only give items from l2store from 1 to another(failed gift), and hard thing its about a weapon....
easy 1 day atm, hard 5 days and half atm....

 

it really depends on several factors, one of which being the importance of the issue within the ticket, more serious issues need to be dealt with as a priority and will often come before more simple issues. and issues that need more in depth investigations will also take longer and therefore any response will take longer.

if you pm me with your ticket numbers i can get someone to look at the status of these tomorrow.
