error 713

hello,

i cant download the client, i have always error 713 occured, no matter what i do. i have restarted with kod in instruction (net stop 4game....).

i also tryied to copy full up to date clien to my drive, but still error occures. please help

"restarting" is a state of a windows service and sometimes a service can get stuck in such state.
if you attempt to start/stop/restart it while it's in such state it may, or may not work as quite often a service being restarted is not responding to the system and cannot be controlled at a time.
simply restart your windows, the service has to be launched again on boot.

 

so another words, when i start pc, i should restart 4game by command (stop 4game.. and then start 4game...smth like that), before trying to run 4 game from website?

nope, rebooting your computer should be enough as the windows starts the 4game-service automatically on startup.
if that doesn't fix your problem then update your service with the official updater available at http://cdn.inn.ru/installer/v3.2.0.214/4game_setup-en.exe

 

i did that many times, nothing helps.
