    asus h87-plus
    intel core i5-4670k 3.40ghz 1150 box
    kingston 8gb hyperx xmp ddr3 1600mhz cl9 kit khx1600c9d3k2/8gx
    samsung 120gb sata3 2.5" 840 evo mz-7te120bw

+ pick a vga what you have money, i have 5year old **** vga, and still no lag at all, not even at siege, not even at mass pvp. it work fine, worth it and not so expensive anyway.

what's your power supply? maybe it also needs to be replaced along this whole build.
if you intend overclocking, you need a motherboard that lets you doing it:
    asrock z87m extreme 4 (around 100 eur)
intel core i5-4670k 3.40ghz 1150 tray (around 5 eur cheaper than box :p) ~200 eur
    ram crucial ballistix 2x 4gb ddr3 kit 1600 mhz cl9 (around 70 eur)
deepcool lucifer or scythe mugen 4 cpu cooler (around 50 eur)
case cooler master haf 912 case (~60 eur)
graphics card gtx 650 ti or slightly slower r7 260x around 100 eur)

this sums up close to 600 eur. if you do not intend overclocking, you could get a better graphics card or power supply:
    i5 4440 3.1 ghz box ~170 eur
    gigabyte ga-b85m-d2v, b85, dualddr3-1600, sata3, matx ~50 eur
saving up around 70-80 eur you could get a new psu or r9 270x which lets you do gaming on med/high details on 1080p

    hi nubaka tankzor!

from many , many years of experience with pc's i can say that for such an money u mentioned is no problem to build decent pc for l2.
my tip is to focus on important matters 2-3things in it.
other tip is that 1 ssd for l2 is more than enough ;) don't force ur supply for such work :)
then i would go for proc/ssd/graph as ram is rly cheap now days.
seriously ;) with 600e u can get great gear ;)
    gl sir! :)

u can buy nasa pc but u wont get more than 15fps on mass actions, ssd is a must though ( samsung 840 evo 120gb since ur budget is limited, other options - crucial or intel ssds ), ssd wont give u any fps boost but it will cut ur loadings to 1-3seconds and npc/pc chars loading time improves too
