    1st: open innova client(s)
    2nd: open ncwest client(s)
    if you have char online in core. and at same time in ncwest. and want open another window in innova you have to close ncwest window. open innova. and then again ncwest. it's like with pa when your 1st window crash. you ahve to close all windows without pa to open 1st one..
