need help for windows xp frost

hello i wonder if the problem with frost for windows xp that was solved and many did restart and i still can not get the error of frost, really do not want to change my os to my computer or if you need to reinstall the game is fixed and so i carry talves and 1 month can not go by that from now thank you very much. but i need an answer that can give me a solution as i said before without changing my so .
