Second SA of a weapon !

hello ppl,
i just want to ask about any info or navigation to some site for system of making the second sa of a weapon (r95)?

1st sa 129 gem r + crystal
2nd sa 1249 gem r + crystal

don't want to mess,but isn't l2wiki out of date a bit?
isn't it 40 gems r for apoc 1st sa atm?
therefore i think whole table is wrong?
also they forgot about "event" req weps from diplomas which requires only 2 gems r

yeah indeed, 2 gems for 1st sa on requiem 8 for 2nd...then for apoc you need 20 for 1st and 40 for 2nd. rest are the same.

 

for regular req. weps need more gems than u wrote ,cant' remember how many
also u can't put 2nd sa in "event" wep from diplomas
