Error 730

hi. this problem has been happening for a long time, but the game eventually launched after refreshing the page million times.
well, today i've been refreshing it and no use- the mistake remains.
yes, i tried reinstalling the game and yes i used the programme which is supposed to find any errors. everything seems to be fine. under the error info i have a button which says "update" but after clicking it nothing happens.
help please

it helps, but if i try to launch the game tomorrow, the problem remains ;/
