i appeal to you on behalf of myself and the 350 people from the clan blackswans, yesterday during the clan meeting we established, we have enough of your lack of professionalism, laziness and disrespectful towards us, your customers. as consumers we have the right to request and require that the product that we purchase was flawless, or possibly all reported defects are immediately eliminated. instead, i get out of your hand total inaction and information, that after each "event" p2w you are going on vacation.

for several months we report to you the problem of unfair climbing on epicks by use of unauthorized software, we have sent you information about the time, place and names of potential leaders of cc, in response, i was asked by gmpask to provide a link to illegal software and the best if i buy it and sent to you, because:

there is nothing worse than being treated like an idiot.
you have access to the entire database server if you would like to check it out you'd find the perpetrator, but it is better to ignore the problem and prepare another possibility to pull money out of our pockets, because in your opinion the players are a bunch of idiots who will buy anything.
it's been over two months and you have not done absolutely nothing

nearly 6 months, and all instances are done by a clan that have a lower ping and better configured software. we are tired and we will not participate in this circus.

another issue is the matter generally emerging bots is not a secret to anyone, except you, of course, that the mos and other locations are full of bot-trains and you do not do absolutely nothing with this problem, because you just do not want to. and all the forum posts are removed by your gendarme. deepblue - for your message, people report this problem by tickets but it did not work and therefore in desperation they write in the forum, but it is better to remove the subject, place the matter under the carpet and pretend that there is no problem.

from today we begin a strike and boycott your product:

- no messages from our heroes
- no one will buy anything from l2store

about bots, etc i agree with u. never checked low level locations, but heard about bots. alarion told me about this guy rizzer, he said he is biggest bot. saw him, he is spamming our forums + more more and more bots.. :/

yep, same thing as when people started hitting aq with mains. they had to make rules for something that was completely normal (you were able to do it ingame since ever) just to make sure that a bunch of crybabies who can't handle losing would stop complaining. the funny thing is, your clan then went to aq and started bugging with summons, no?

this is why your clan never was and never will be good. it's just a group of greedy people that want to have it easy, and when they can't, they will complain to the admins in some "organized" fashion just to have a better chance of persuading the staff with your nonsense. your "boycott" won't change anything. but the timing sure is funny. started losing badly ingame? let's cry to the staff in hopes of crippling the enemy side!

also, talking about illegal software to enter instances? really? forgive me in advance for the lack of a less offensive word, but are you really this dumb?

as long as any bug/exploit/"game mechanics" was in your favour, you enjoyed it and called us carebear idiots. now that you cannot cheat enough, there is not enough drops to feed those random slaves, so your activity drops and gets closer to ours = start losing everything, and you blackmail innova to change it?

if innova staff will give in for this blackmail, i demand all the ant queen rings and ant queen bottles removed and the person that did the poison zone, the person that picked and the owner banned for 30days those were obtained after poison zone "game mechanics".
furthermore i demand the removal of every valakas necklace, valakas bottle, antharas earring, antharas bottle, lindvior earring, lilith/anakim/7signs talismans when the so-called legit bs entered before the allegedly cheating rg/ba.

game is f2p (free to play) what you buy is just additional features like 2x xp. goods from l2 store and opportunity to dualbox. thats it. or you have special offer like server restart when someone is in antharas lair, feature for some nps do not talk with specific players and so on?

and if you talk about software to enter instances better ask to check software what your clan use for pvp.
