Discontected

since today my game disconect every moment, sometimes in 1 min after i log, sometimes 20 min after i log ... totaly random. my internet connection works perfectly and there were no changes in my pc. so can someone explain me, how it's possible?

 

same here mass disconnects again .

here's what you can do:

1. download and install pingplotter. http://www.pingplotter.com/downloads/pngplt_std.exe
2. run it. on the bottom left set trace interval to 1 second and samples to include to 60. sampling should be set to unlimited. in address line above type: geo.l2.eu and click trace on the bottom of the window.
3. keep tracing for 10 minutes.
4. after that save the report by clicking file - save sample set.
5. send the report to us for analyzing.

 

every 15 min dc from all accounts, even my internet connection is stable ;/

 

in 5 min will paste it results



ffm b12 line is chanign non stop ip's which is weird .

atm i can't even stay in game without dc after 1 min.

on naia - no dc at all in last one hour, wow also run without problems. so i have problem only with core client.

 

follow the instructions given by onyx please.

 

i did, i sent it in pm to him. just trying tell you more info, since it looks like everything else works perfectly but core client not.

 

np i just cant see the pm here so i cant know if you followed the instructions or not and you hadn't mentioned already doing it

seems at least for me, problem solved. ig about 30 min and w/o disconnect.
