good morning. i don't usually write much on the forum, but today i will create a poll, so us, your customers, can express how we feel about the quality of service you (innova) are giving us lately. the point of this poll is to make it clear for you, if your customers are satisfied with your product. i know you are a company, and you only care about profits. we understand that, we understand that this game is given to you as is from korea, you dont need to repeat that to us endlessly. we understand bot hunting is touchy, but we demand, that once a bot is found, all accounts linked to that bot and money and items from those accounts, are removed from the game. because now, 1 month penalty is just not scary enough. there needs to be fear to use bot, now it just not happen. this you can do. so my question to my fellow players is: ¿do you want harder penaltys for those found botting?
there has never been a rebirth of an l2 server, this server is no exception, things will get worse ingame & the community will get quieter over time as there will be less and less of us around. bots will always be a problem but ours is not as dire as it is elsewhere also new stuff in the shop isn't helping either. just enjoy your time while you still can.
i cant even adress the main problem cause it would bring more chaos to innova >_< and sadly theres nothing innova can do about this.
for using illegal programs first ban should be pernament like account selling ,because like 90% of bots just bots for adena to sell. there should be no 2 chance for them they should pay the price for what they are doing.
first time = perma ban for account (like on ru servers, they cant even click play button, for play button they see nice big skull with "account is banned" when i see punishment for bot now 3/7+ days or maybe perma. its funny. so i can buy bot and till i will get 2nd warrning i can bot easy cause only somedays ban, and that advantage i can make in that time when bot is on is more then that silly 10 days. for bots should be 1 punishment- perma ban no matter what.
