please try to remove option.ini from your system folder.

(lineageii eu\system)

if the problem still persist, please try to update video card driver.
unless you did it then you will have to reverse it.

 

in case razzly's reply does not solve your problem, delete (shift+delete) your system folder and update the game .

also make sure you use a clean lineage 2 client, no customs, no modifications.
