War question

if i kill a academy member during a war(two crossed sword above head), i'll recive karma?

therefore if you kill an academy member during a two way war who is lvl 70+ then you should not get karma.

u don t have the wartag above his head below 70
also academists have yellow clan name

 

why dont we get as hi5, where we didnt need to press force attack (ctrl) on somone that we have war (two crossed sword above head)

 

so two crossed sword mean free to kill regardless of yellow name?
and academy member below 70 not have crosses sword?
