Istina necklecke vs Istina necklecke warrior

    i saw on many site that istina normal have -10% reuse and enhanced istina warrior have -5% iit's mean enhanced take downgrade? upgraded more worse than normal... or its bug? second question if i take ennaced warior cani delete the warrior to take normal?

    yes it's normal
    no you can't downgrade, you can exchange only war>wiz or wiz>war for same 10 istina/octa crystals like you need to put "sa" on jewels.
