Crystal S prices/amounts?

    when did they change s crystals @ npc to 7.5k?
    or did they randomly bug it with todays update, like the mob levels mentioned in announcement?

    low s (fb, am, db etc, old s grade) sell for 21.4m in npc shops.
    why would they suddenly make full s items worth more than crystallized ones? :|
