Weird critical error

hello, today i encountered a weird critical error, it occurs only in giran and only on my awekened char here is the bug:

any idea how can i fix it? i can log into the game , but as soon i do, i get critical error, and i cant move my char to other area ad it occurs only in giran, halp plx!

 

hello, most propably the file: lineagenpcs.utx (lineageii eu\animations) is corrupted. please rename it to for example lineagenpcs_1.utx and redownload using 4game app
