change nickname - problem

i can not send requests to change the nickname for lilith had the same problem.
the problem was solved by the help of gm, or someone help me?

you are trying to change your nickname on core, right?

 

yes , same problem have in lilith server time ago , some gm send me mail and i can change nick

 

if you have item for name change, you need to send support ticket at support page. you can't use that item to change name by yourself. gm assistance is required to perform that action.
