waiting on support for 6 days

guys i put in a support ticket on the 19th of this month due to serious harassment and dude was bypassing the block with numerous alts then i recieved death threats towards my mother.

i still haven't received a reply from customer service even after i pm'd the moderator my ticket info

this is just sad.

 

you taking it to serious , ppl trashtalk alot but this is what happen in a virtual place like forum and the game itself
forget and go on . according to the slack of l2 team ... they are enjoying some vacations after some long period of doing nothing . keep calm & make new topic's , maybe u will archieve something

its now been 11 days

 

some people got their chatban 6 months later, so you are on good way to break the record, and anyway it will be probably only chatbanso wont afect him really much tho
