from the store you can buy: rune of crystal (lv.5) pack. description: a rune reduces apenalty for inappropriate quipment grade. decreases the level needed to equip items by 5. does mean it will decrease the requirement with 5 grade levels? e.g. on non-grade level i can use gear that is 5 grades higher, i think r-grade gear? or does it mean that my character level can be 5 levels lower. e.g. on character level 94 i can use r99 gear? can someone explain? thank you,
this runes "adds" 5 lvls. for example: if you are 90 lvl with this rune you are 95 level so you can wear r95
