agathion bug

hi, i bougth an agathion button-eyed bear doll 7 days cause it have a 5 min vitality skill each hour (like 2 items in l2 store) but looks like its bugged and using the skill its like using a vitality item, so when i used it 10 times, well just cant use it anymore, i think it is a bug since it isnt an items but a skill, like those items in l2store, but if it isnt a bug at least i hope n more ppl buy it cause its kinda stupid to have an agathion 7 days when u cant use him more than 1 or 2 days.
