L2 store cant buy

hi,

i have 10 euros on my acount. and when i want buy item from l2 store i click on pursu.. and nothing happened pls help me, because i lost lot of exp .

you can't open l2store at all, or do you have issues with purchase button?
try to push alt+l to reset your game window settings to default values.

 

i can open l2 store and find items. but i click on etc istina entrance pass un the button and nothing happened. after i exit l2 store i click on l2 store again to open it and after it dont open.

 

please delete your system folder in lineage2 directory, then update client trought our website, then try again.

 

as eska says, 99% sure the purchase windows opens out of your screen, just reset window locations in the options

 

you do not have to delete whole system folder, just a single file windowsinfo.ini and everything will be okay

 

reset to window location didnt help , but reinstal system yes.

sometimes just check older threads it is faster than waiting reply i had almost the same thing but with gift option not purchase one.
