Hello to everyone. 5 Questions from a newbie.

hello again guys. i have to admit that i have not played since freya, so i got some questions with my "career" here.
1) i did pailaka quest at 49 lvl and i got a c grade weapon. wtf?
2) until which grade there is free equipment? and by meaning free please say two words about it. quest or anything else?
3) what exactly is a mentor to me? everyone wants to be my mentor... i dont know but it doesn't feel comfortable daddy role.
4) will i be able to get well equiped by farming only? or there will be always guys spending real money to l2 equipment that are unkillable?
5) are there any clans looking for farming-war-sieges etc?
6) where, at last, can i find a nice list with quest i should do (i m gonna freak out with so many quests) to help me out?

1) 2) equip ng/d/c/b/a/s is given at newbie guide in exchange of steel door coins. (quests appearing when you level up)
3) a mentor will gives you all 6 melodies + sonatas when he is online + a buff of 50%xp when he is online. and a free r grade weapon + armor set + jewel set when you awaken.
ppl wants mentees because the mentor earn mentee coins each time his mentee levels up. and he can spend his mentee coins to have stones +60, gear, gewr etc... at mentoring guide.

4) end game equip requires millions of hours farming, or good cp

3. take mentor, it gives you 100% more exp, you can brake mentorship anytime + when you reach 85 you get r grade equipment for free

when did they took it down? las time i checked was 100 already nerfed from 200
