do you think that your ticket is the only ticket? it is standard practice for companies to have anything from 24 hours to a week allotted as a time frame for a response to tickets and we have said countless times that if the delay is anything longer then a few days then feel free to send one of us a private message with your ticket number so we can have a look and see what any delay might be. regards.
