game doesnt start

came back after some holiday and my pc could not start l2 it just loaded this picture and nothing else happened- no error or anything else after this pic.

so tried numerious fixes and finally reinstaled windows- same thing.
what i done so far:
cleaned regs with ccleaner (alot times)
uninstalled avast!
set win firewall off/on, added exceptions like this

deleted frost (alot times)
redownloaded client (3 times)
uninstalled 4game app (alot times)
tried this and this and this, this also and this, this one too in hope that some error will pop out

randomly, usually after deleting frost, when spining thing loads for longer, like 3-5 min, i get this error but its very rare like out of 20-50 attempts to launch game

please tell me, did you changed your isp? did you changed any hardware like router?
please use winmtr tool included with check4game app, wait till process ends and post results here.

 

isp is the same. hardwares also the same. the only thing i changed at router was encryption type from tkip to aes for wifi. but now changed back to test if its the problem but nop.

p.s. just tested with friend laptop connected to my router and it started game. tho his laptop using w7 64bit and mine pc win xp 32 bit

i'm really sorry to tell you that, but dev office confirmed, that cpus without sse2 instruction set are not supported by frost rigth now.

 

i see... at least i know now what is causing problems
