Cant login with my Chars that still have the _ARIA nametag

hi i cant login with my chars that still have the _aria nametag at the end. is that a known issue?

 

i think when you try to log in the char, it gives you a choice to change name, once the name is changed (the name of your choice, u can just write it there like when you create char 1st time)
so once is changed, you can log in normal with your char, it happened to me like this.

 

no i cant change my char name. dont work.

 

yes i have the some problem, when you try to log with this char appear a window where you must write your original name but nothing happens when you do it, so there is a lot of chars blocks with this error.
