OLD PLAYERD COME BACK !!!

so hey guys , i wanna ask if it posible to get back my accaunt (i dont remember any info like email,pasword) , i dont play more than 1,5 years. so now i wanna back and play but cant remeber my accaunt. ofc i remeber what char i got what sub clases what items i got btw in that accaunt nobody loging in beside me. so this accaunt got last log in maybe 1,5years ago. i write in support, and now waiting answer. but what i want ask , or i have hope to get back accaunt ? or it just waste of time , maybe someone get same problem as me can share he/she situation ? thanks alot.

one friend got same problem around 1 week ago, he came after some time and didn't remember login, just try to send a ticket to support team explaining them what did it happened (tell them you cannot remember login info and you were away for lot of time), just try to describe every single detail from that char, main level and equip, dual level and subclasses level, if char is noble and so on and also tell them that you can provide even bank info if needed (just in case you did any money movement to the play account) and they will request you to give them a new email to transfer your char there.

thanks dude , and maybe know when they answer me , i send already ticket all info what i remeber (just forgot write chars(dualclass) level) but i guess np if they answer me i can give them more info i guess. so just need to know how long it takes, coz want play again here mised good l2 times :x dont want go play from beging or even other server who dont i say here but theres is alot of bot, scripts ^^

so waiting answer and i got hope they will help me , and if they help , we will meet in field of justice ^^

p.s so your firend get back accaunt or not ?

 

getting ticket answered normally takes around 48-72h, but this week they have some more work becuase they merged one server with core and they are testing new chronicle, so it may be extended a bit more

and yes, my friend got his char, just gm's moved char from forgotten account to a new one, gm's were really fast doing that
