A bug of quest in hot spring.

there is a bug with the quest "the finest ingredients - part 1" in hot spring.
my character completed what the quest demands, when i talked to npc jeremy, i clicked the follow option " her e you go.", nothing happened.

 

try this:
go to inventory > quest itens > see how many you have.
if you are missing 1 quest item, go kill another mob (or if the item isnt 100% drop, a few more mobs)
sometimes what it happens is that the quest tracker marks the quest as completed but on the inventory there's still missing a quest item for it to complete.
if you have all the items on inventory, try deleting 1 and kill more mobs for it.
