    just to be sure, pm the moderator above with ur ticket number to forward it. recently they have spam of tickets and they do nto respond in time you see

    hello,
    thanks for your comment but it does not work like this. i can forward specific ticket if it is not responded in required timefrime which is now longer and undefined. we are now speaking about the ticket during weekend so no, i cannot forward it as gm team does not work with tickets.

    if it will be too long waiting - then i can try to help.
