I've lost all of my characters and items on my account after transfer from lilith

like the title. gm pazak send me a msg on support ticket to create new characters same gender, race and nicknames, so i did it and still nothing. new chars are just as they are after creating new chars, 1 lvl, clean invertory. could someone tell me what to do? it takes too long i think, because few weeks ago i asked a question on support 4game. thank you for fast answer

 

now you can just wait, you should active your account before transfer as pl admins inform sd many times and like 2 weeks before transwer. now just good luck and be patient.

 

they said they got gazilions of tickets on the line. you can try to tell a moderator to forward your ticket by giving him/her the ticket identification code.

 

coul you give me the name of moderator plz?

support services have tons of petitions regarding characters.
we are sorry for huge waiting time!

 

there is no point in forwarding your ticket, we are processing all petitions in a queue, so far the progress is: ~50% of accounts are restored. it takes long because there is no way to restore these characters automatically so we are doing it manually and even despite the fact that the problem got high priority and we mobilized all the team members it's still a great amount of work. everyone on the team is working hard to solve it so please keep calm and wait for the answer in your tickets.

 

thank you all for reply, hope i get back my acc, was priceless believe me will be sad if it would not be possible to restore after investing lots of money in l2store and pa. in that case i'll wait and pray to allah.

i had same situation like you. i've send pm's to everyone (even my imagine friends) - "they" told me to wait and ..... they were right.
after +/- 10 days my account was fully restored. i made same procedure as you. just be more patient.
