Unlicensed Buff Manager

hi,

i have a level 87 main and a 73 sub, and i looked at the unlicensed buff manager. i think there may be a bug because it says the buff you will receive is this, that, and that, but only if you are above level 86

as my level 87 kamael yul trickster, when i ask for the warrior's buff, it says "characters who are awakened or lv. 86 or above cannot receive the newbie buffs"

i can receive the buffs with my lvl 73 sub, but then that is the opposite of what it says about being above level 86.

what's the purpose of the unlicensed buff manager?

 

it's a localization bug.

 

since innova talked about ironing out bugs before release, i hoped this would be one of them.

i checked the town i'm in and it says specifically "but only if you're above lv. 86" so that would indicate to me that those characters above the newbie levels could get the buffs from this guy.

if it is supposed to be for newbies, that's redundant and not a good laugh for what ncwest's supposed response to why they threw this guy in here.

if it's supposed to be for newbies, innova should change the text to "below" to avoid confusion.

if it's supposed to be for lv 86+ then it needs to be fixed (and i would look forward to playing this!)

i do hope the drops and adena hadn't been nerfed liked ncwest servers. i am still figuring it all out.

i know that ncwest and innova can have its differences -- for example ncwest fishing is only available for character levels 90+ (or some high number, from what i was told), but on innova, it's only for premium characters at any level. plus, i don't see anything like the off-line leveling on the ncwest servers that are available on the innova servers. i do hope innova continues to be friendlier to the casual player with this new release.

i can't seem to find friends online at the same time on innova servers because of the time difference, but if it remains friendlier to the casual player that i am, i will continue to play on their server.
