reverse weight skill doesnt deal dmg to like 50% of mob that are nearest character. i tested it on all kartias i have done (7 so far) and it deals dmg to like half of mobs i or tank(solo/group) tanked. lf fast fix since ertheia race has already weak aoe.

i'm still figuring out this skill, but maybe it has to do with targetting, and elevation: how you are positioned vs mobs.

it clearly says that attack nearby enemies so it has nothing to do with targeting. positioning as always in kartia in the very middle of mobs, even used pressure punch to group them up.

at least in old days all aoes had ma amount of target that they were able to hit. like 20 or 30 etc... maybe it is of that. sometimes i miss some dmg from my tank or iss aoes on nearby mobs. or maybe it is based on geodata. oh and maybe if check maybe they resist you skill second effect and thats why it deals no dmg. sometimes resisted skill deals no dmg.

yea sorry guys it is not bug. they did test it on ru server:
    https://4gameforum.ru/showthread.php?t=795007
max targets are 6 and the damage is 6 times the damage done on 1 target (if you hit 1 target for 1000 you will hit 6 targets for 6000 dmg each)
