What about bots and report ?

hi,

as you should know, a great majority of us left ncwest due to the bots / xxx.
i came here because people told me that gms were active to ban them.

but is it true ?!

i reported a bunch of bots and i guess noone was banned...

10 days ago i reported 6 bots in forsaken plains (on the support site), 1 week after (lol?) i received a kind automatic message, and what i just saw ? those same bots are now exping in varka...
so do something... and do not do the same mistakes as ncsoft ... or your server won't last.

first of all there is an announcement at the top of the forum warning everyone that there is a delay for support tickets due to the recent merge and second of all it has been told countless times that you should never expect an instant result.
bot reports are taken seriously but there are processes that the team must follow to ensure the claim is valid and to secure enough evidence before taking any actions.
