System message edit allowed?

    is editing of systemmsg-e.dat file in system folder allowed? i usually edit it on my own just to see damage numbers better. but, here is the frost security system, just dont wanna get autobanned because of some stupid mini edit. so...can i? anybody tried it yet? :) thanks in advance!

    it's not allowed to alter any file from the client.

    with this ignorant politics innova or ncsoft (whoever enforcing thees rules) will sit on a bottom for eternity...
    player's should be able to modify gui how ever they want.
    just look at examples of those games who is allowing for people to change gui. those games sit on a highest top possible, they know what people need.
