Extra maintenance on 26th of October

    fellows,

    we are going to have extra server maintenance on 26th of october from 10 am till 12 am utc+3.
    this is needed to set server time to winter time (1 hour backwards). game events till this maintenance will be happening according to the old (current) time.

    maintenance is prolonged due to unexpected problems with client files. we are fixing it and expect to open the server in ~20 minutes.
