    has anyone seen that skill go on?

    on na-servers it seems to trigger quite frequent but i canâ´t remember having it on even once and iâ´m level 90 now.

    well then smth is wrong with your character, on mine it works perfectly fine.

    maybe i just missed them, arent there a notice/"buff-icon" when it procs? sorry iâ´m new to eviscerator class.

    can you get it while hitting a npc (the training one in aden wh for example) ?

    when effect occurs theres a animation on monster smth like windy circle in front of target. just take a look on dmg.
