How Long?

    i'd like to ask a simple information question: how long does it take to get an answer for a ticket from support?
    1 work week, 2 work weeks?

    well, atm they are kinda busy so it will take more than normal time, maybe 1 work time or 1 and a half, but take in mind that it depends of the measure of tickets that they receive, it can also be lower.

    once i didn't get answer for ~ 1month. and now got answer after 4 days.
